Description
One of the questions raised at the time the Centre ideas were being formulated was that it should be under the Department of Biotechnology (DBT) and not the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE). After another round of conversations, the DBT sent a letter to DAE stating that the DBT would "use the expertise of the Centre" in the future.
